Delete your Doku account

Players can permanently remove their account inside Doku. This page also provides a deletion route for people who no longer have the app installed.

Delete inside Doku

  1. Open Doku and sign in.
  2. Open Profile or Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and data.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm the permanent action.

Request deletion without the app

Email the address below from the email associated with the Doku account. We may ask for limited information to confirm ownership before deleting it.

What is deleted

The Doku authentication account, player profile, friend connections, Friend Circles, game progress, saved results, notification preferences and other data associated with that account are scheduled for deletion. Some minimal records may be retained only where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations, as described in the privacy policy.

What happens next

In-app deletion is intended to complete immediately. Email requests will be acknowledged and completed within a reasonably quick period after ownership is confirmed. Deletion cannot normally be undone.
